    Cost = $12,800

    Time = 2 hours, 8 - 10 pm

    Cost per hour = ($12800) / (2) = $6400 per hour

    There are 60*660 = 3600 seconds per hour.

    Therefore the cost per second is

    ($6400) / (3600 s) = $1.7778 per second = $1.78 per second (nearest cent)

    Answer: $1.78 (nearest cent)
