How to put an equation in slope intercept form?

Hi there!
Keep in mind it depends on the equation.
I will give you an example, though.
Say that we have to put this equation into slope intercept form:
2x - y = - 3
All you need to do is flip some of the variables to different sides.
2x + ( - y + y) + 3 = (-3 + 3)
2x + 3 = y
y = 2x + 3
This means that the line intercepts 3 on the y-axis and has a positive slope of 2.
But due to lack of context, I do not know what equation you are trying to convert.

Maybe if you can give me an example of what you are trying to put into slope-intercept form?
