    116=2w+2l

    l=10+3w

    Substitute l.

    116=2w+2 (10+3w)

    116=2w+20+6w

    116 = 8w+20

    96=8w

    12=w

    Plug the w value in

    l=10+3 (12)

    l=10+36

    l=46

    Final answer: Length-46 Width-12
