5x - 4y = - 10
y = 2x - 5
You can use substitution method.
5x - 4 (2x - 5) = - 10
5x - 8x + 20 = - 10
-3x = - 30
x = 10
y=2x-5
y = 2 (10) - 5
y=20 - 5
y = 15
So the answer is
(10, 15)
