    If you multiply or divide a negative, the sign must be switched.

    Do the inverse of everything like in an equation-

    4x-1> - 9

    +1 + 1 (Add 1)

    4x>-8

    /4 / 4 (Divide 4)

    You are not dividing a negative number from another number. So keep the sign.

    x>-2
