To factor this expression, move the 9x to the left side and then factor out the X variable.
10x^2 = 9x
10x^2 - 9x = 0
X (10x - 9) = 0
X = 0.
10x - 9 = 0
10x = 9
X = 9/10 = 0.9.
I believe these would be the solutions.
