Answer: No, I do not believe that there is enough convincing evidence to proof that he can control the dice.

When you roll a die, there is a 1/6 probability that you will roll a 6. If you multiply 50 by (1/6) you would expect your friend to roll at least 8 sixes.

He only rolled 3 more sixes than was expected. I would have him roll 50 more times at least to see how he does.
