How do you find any asymptotes of k (x) = 3 / (x^2 5) ?

    No number makes this function indeterminate, so you have to find the limit when x tends to infinity:

    = (3/x^2) / (x^2/x^2+5/x^2) = 0 / (1+0) = 0 so the asymptote is y=0
