The vertices (6,0) equal to 8 acres. The vertices (12,3) equal to 72 acres. The vertices (11,5) equal to 110 acres. And the vertices (5,2) equal to 20 acres. Add everything up which would equal to 210 acres of land. Then, divide the price of the land in total which is $41,280 by the 210 acres. The answer would then be $196.57 Per 1 Acre of land. 1 Acre = $196.57
