Eva and her grandchildren went into a bakery and where they sell cookies for $0.50 each and brownies for $2.25 each. Reba has &15 and must buy a minimum of 9 cookies and brownies altogether. If she decided to buy 5 cookies, determine the maximum number of brownies she could buy.
