    I can't answer which segments specifically because I can't see the choices. With slope though perpendicular slopes are what is called the negative reciprocal. That just means you take the slope, make it negative and flip it. if it's not a fraction then you put a 1 over it.

    So a slope of 5/7 is perpendicular to - 7/5 and a slope of 3 would be perpendicular to a slope of - 1/3.

    here we have 4/3, so make it negative, - 4/3, then flip it, - 3/4
