    For example a rectangle of width 3 and length 4 has a perimeter of 2 (3) + 2 (4) = 14 cms. Another of length 5 and width 2 would also have a perimeter of 14 cms., but they are not congruent.

    2. 2 rectangles having the same area but not congruent would be one with length 4 and width 3 (with area = 12), and another with length 6 and width 2 (area = 12). They are not congruent because the lengths and widths are different.
