    To find the denominator:

    3+6=9

There are 3 shades of blues so our fraction is 3/9

To get the percent you multiply 3/9*100/1=300/9

    300:9=33.33%

33.33 rounded to the nearest percent is 33%.

    Your answer is 33%.
