    Let's give big box Ram a temporary variable b.

    b is 1/4 of z

    So we could say b = 1/4z

    You can also multiply z by 1/4 so b=z/4

    We know that b=20 so the answer is

    20=z/4 or 20 = 1/4 z. both girls are right
