I'm not sure if this is the answer you are looking for because the question is confusing but I have done the maths.

For plan 1 you are able to watch 3 movies and pay the annual fee for a total of $52.50. (Meaning you can only watch 3 movies a year) (annual means per year, so that means that every month it is $3.75 per month ($45 divided by 12) with additional costs of $2.50 per movie)

For plan 2 you are able to watch 14 movies a year with a total of $52.50.

    12-2.50 + annual 20-3.75 + no annual

    Step-by-step explanation:

    m-movie a-annual f-price per movie

    2.50f x 12m = 30$

    30$ + 45a = 75$

    then

    3.75f x 20m = 75$
