    With 20 visits in one year the cost of the clulbs are equal.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    On the club A the amount paid in function of the number of visits can be expressed as bellow:

    cost = 60 + 2*visits

    On the club B the amount paid in function of the number of visits can be expressed as:

    cost = 20 + 4*visits

    In order for the cost to be the same we must find a value of visits that makes them equal, so we have:

    60 + 2*visits = 20 + 4*visits

    2*visits - 4*visits = 20 - 60

    -2*visits = - 40

    visits = 20

    With 20 visits in one year the cost of the clulbs are equal.
