A box contains 12 red shoes, 19 yellow shoes, and 18 white shoes. You choose a shoe randomly from the box. What is the approximate probability that you will not choose a white shoe?

    12+19+18 = 49 shoes total 12+19 = 31 shoes that aren't white to get probability 31/49 shoes are not white = 0.6326530612244898 just don't forget to round to how many ever decimal places your teacher wants.
