    You would just distribute.

    6 times 1 = 6

    6 times - x = - 6x

So that would come together and be 6-6x. You would just do the same for the next one.

    -5 times 3 = - 15

    -5 times 2z = - 10z

Now, all of that together is 6-6x-15+10z. Finally, you would just combine like terms.

    6-15 = - 9

Your answer would be - 9-6x+10z or it could be in a different order, but it's still correct.
