The women's recommended weight formula from harvard pilgrim healthcare says, "give yourself 100 lb for the first 5 ft plus 5 lb for every inch over 5 ft tall."

    This would have to apply for a certain height compared to a weight or vice versa. I'm 5'8'' and for me that would mean I would have a healthy weight of 140 lbs.
