A rectangle prism has a length twice it's width and a height of 4 meters longer than the width the volume of the rectangular prism is 48 cubic meters what is the width of the prism

    Lwh = 48

    l = 2w

    h = w+4

    Substituting:

    2w * w * (w+4) = 48

    w^2 (w+4) = 24

    This works out to 2, 4, 6 for the dimensions.
