    Put into slope intercept form which is y=mx+b where m=slope so

    add 5y to both sides

    2x=5y-10

    add 10 to both sides

    2x+10=5y

    divide both sides by 5

    2/5x+2=y

    y=2/5x+2

    slope=2/5
