Hot dogs are sold in packs of 10. Hot dog buns are sold in packs of 8. Elijah is having a party and is serving hot dogs with buns. What is the least number of hot dogs Elijah can make without having any buns or hot dogs leftover

    You have to times 10 and 8 and find the common multiple ... and anything you times by 10 and n that no more with an added 0 at the end (10•5=50) so you just have to times 8 enough to find a number timesed by 8 that ends in a 0 ... so you might first think 8•10 to = 80 ... but you have to think of all of the other multiples ... such as 5, since 5•8=40 ... so Elijah can have 40 hot dogs without having any other buns in r hotdogs leftover
