That would be 9,000,000,000 times 8, wich is 72,000,000,000. Because 9*8 is 72 excepts theres a 9 million.

Let X = # carats produced in country B.

Then A + B = 8B + B = 9000000 9B = 9000000

B = 1000000

A = 8xB = 8000000
