0.2 is 10 times as much of ... well you must do the opposite of what it says ... well, times means to multiply and the opposite of multiplying is dividing, 0.2 divided by 10 is 0.02
So ... 0.2 is 10 times as much as 0.02
Now, 0.2 is 1/10 of ... well this question shows to divide and we must do the opposite, which is ... multiplying 0.2 times 10 is 2
So ... 0.2 is 1/10 of 2
