Lets use an easy fractions problem, 1/2 divided by 2/5.
Ok first off, you keep the first fraction the same, so it'd stay at 1/2
Next, change the division to multiplication, so now the problem so far is 1/2 x 2/5.
Finally, you flip the 2/5 into 5/2. (My math teacher calls the flip the reciprocal)
Finally, you multiply like a multiplication problem with fractions, so
1/2 x5/2=5/4 or 1 1/2 (1.5)

What you do is you keep, change and flip so you keep the equation then u change the division sign to a multiplication sign, then you flip the 2ND fraction (numerator and denominator) for example if you had 1/2/2/4 you would keep it the change the divisions sign 1/2*2/4 then u flip the second number 1/2*4/2
