    3 (3F - 2) > 6F - 4

    Expand the left side: 9F - 6 > 6F - 4

    Add 6 to each side: 9F > 6F + 2

    Subtract 6F from each side: 3F > 2

    Divide each side by 3 : F > 2/3.
