    Given the choices presented above, the answer to the question is letter b.) two solutions (or more). I arrived to the answer by using the discriminant b^2 - 4ac. Since the form of the equation is y=ax^2 + bx + c, I simply substituted the values to the discriminant. Since the discriminant yielded more than 0, then the answer has two solutions.
