A natural number is a number that appears commonly in nature. Natural numbers are also known to be whole, non-negative "counting" numbers. For example, 1,2,3,4 and so on. 4 is a whole, non-negative number.

I would say that 4 would be a natural number mainly because this number would occur many times in everyone every day life. It's practically just very common. And also, this would be a natural number based on the fact that this would be a (+#). This would be a positive number, and also that this is very common and not a random number as something else. And also, the number 4 would be a natural number based because this would be a common integer, and not a negative integer.
