    2 (workers) x $8 (per hour) x 40 hours a week = $640 labor expenses

    640/2000 which reduces to 320/1000 or 32/100

    The answer is 32%

(I could have reduced the fraction all the way and divided and I would have gotten. 32 which is 32% but using 320/1000 it was easy to drop a zero from both the numerator and denominator and get a fraction with a denoninator of 1000)
