    12 dozen eggs = 12x12

    5/6 of 12dozen =

    12d/6 = 2d

    2dx5 = 10d

    Sells 10d

    12d-10d=2d

    Gives away 2dozen

    She gave them 24 dozens. To answer, you multiply 12x12 which equals 144. Then divide that by 6 and you get 24
