    First find the persentage of blue marbles

    5/20 = 0.25

    0.25 = 25%

    Next find the persentage for the other marbles

    100% - 25% = 75%

    Now take 75% of Jasper's 12 marbles

    12*0.75 = 9 marbles are not blue
