The answer will be: 5 : 25 = 0.2, move the decimal 2 places to the right and put the percent sign which gives you 20%

Subtract 30 to 25 which is 5 degrees, then divide it by 25 degrees, not 30 because 25 is the original and 30 is the new one. The answer will be: 5 : 25 = 0.2, move the decimal 2 places to the right and put the percent sign which gives you 20%
