How can I calculate a certain decimal given a length? Let's say n is a decimal, and I want that decimal to be a length of 3. The output needs to be. 001. If n's length was 2, it would be. 01, etc.

    N / (n*10^n)

    So 3 would be

    3 / (3*1000) = 1/1000=.001
