Im almost positave its 1p

because

you would take the fiirst 2 and nothing can be done so you move to the third one - 3p makeing the new equasion 1p+3q

moveing to the fourth one is - 3q takeing everything thats there

i hope thats right

4p + 3q - 3p - 3q =

1p will be the answer

4p plus - 3p will equal 1p

3q plus - 3q will equal 0

So the answer will be 1p or just p
