I'm pretty sure it 7.31 ... Here's a hit when you're dividing decimals by 10's - Move the decimal one to the left every zero there is then if you run out of number but you have to keep going add a 0 in place of the blank For example 73.1 divided by 1000 would be. 0731 and if you're having that much trouble (Just use a calculator)

The answer is 7.31 because since it's been divided by 10 decimal moves one place to the left and if it was being divided by 100 it would move left two times and so on and so on
