The circumference of the tire is 25pi, and converting that to ft would be 2 1/12, so each mile (5280 feet), the tire makes 806.7245755441991

    Rotations (in ft) per mile.

Because 2 1/12 times pi = 6.544984694978736, and 5280 (1mile) divided by that is about 806.7 rotations per mile
