    Sample 1:The error is 0.1 out of 20. 0.1 / 20 = 0.005 = 0.5 %

    Sample 2:The error is 0.1 out of 32. 0.1 / 32 = 0.003125 = 0.3125 %

    Sample 3:The error is 0.1 out of 36. 0.1 / 36 = 0.00277 = 0.277 %

    Sample 4:The error is 0.1 out of 64. 0.1 / 64 = 0.0015625 = 0.15 %

The smallest percent is the least percent error.

Is there anything here that you couldn't do on your own?
