The next number would be 158.

I don't have a specific formula to follow but I have noticed this pattern.

138 and 134

140 and 146

152 and ___

Based on the previous set. The first two numbers are the same.

138 and 134 has 13

140 and 146 has 14

so, 152 and ___ should have 15.

The last number i think is based on the multiplication table of 6.

6 x 3 = 18
