For the first part all anyone has to do is divide $263.50 by 50 to get $5.27 per pound. and for the second part it is 5. My reasoning is because 5.27 is. 27 away from 5 while 0.05, 0.5, and 50 are farther away from the actual cost per pound. Hope this at least gets you started.
