    Im going to assume that the function looks like this:

    ((x^8) (y^-26)) / ((x^14) (y^-5) (x^-39) (y^-21))

    which simplifies to

    ((x^47) (y^26)) / ((x^14) (y^26))

    which can be further simplified by the power rule to:

    (x^33)
