Why are concepts in physics described with formulas

    There are many reasons. Mostly, they are presented with formulas to show what occurs in ideal circumstances where there are no outside factors that can exist in real life. Also, they make everything more systematic and also show why it makes sense since all formulas are actually derived from other formulas.
