    Given that,

    time = 1minute=60seconds

    Speed=28m/s

    Mass of man=64kg.

    Then, Force?

    Force is given as

    F=ma

    Where a is given as v/t

    Then,

    F=mv/t

    F=64*28/60

    F=29.87N.

    The average force exerted on the man is 29.87N
