    Acceleration = (v-u) / t

    Then a = (10-4) / 3

    =6/3

    =2m/s^2

    In this question, we're trying to find the acceleration of the object.

    In order to find acceleration, we would use the acceleration formula:

    a = (Vf - Vi) / t

    Vf = final velocity

    Vi = initial velocity

    t = time

    Our Vf, or final velocity, would be 10. Our initial velocity would be 4.

    This was accumulated over a 3 second period, so our time would be 3.

    Plug in the values into the correct variables and solve.

    a = (10 - 4) / 3

    a = 6 / 3

    a = 2

    Remember, the unit of measurement for acceleration is m/s^2

    So the acceleration of the object would be 2 m/s^2

    Answer:

    2 m/s^2
