    10.2 m/s^2.

    Explanation:

    Momentum = Force x time

    F x t = m*vf - m*vi

    Initially at rest, vi = 0 m/s

    v = F*t/m

    = 50 * 3.5/30

    = 5.83 m/s

    acceleration = velocity/time

    = 5.83/3.5

    = 1.67 m/s^2

    Using,

    S = vi*t + 1/2 at^2

    S = 1/2 * 1.67 * 3.5 * 3.5

    = 10.21 m

    5.83 m/sec

    Explanation:

    We know that;

    F=ma

    also we know

    a=V/t

    put value of a in above equation;

    ==> F=mV/t

    ==> V=F*t/m = 50*3.5/30=5.833 m/sec
