    Distance = (speed) x (time)

    10 minutes = 1/6 hour

    Distance = (4 km/hr) x (1/6 hour)

    Distance = (4/6) (km-hr/hr)

    Distance = 2/3 km

    That's 0.666 ... km or about 667 meters.
