Ross drives 366 miles in 6 hours. If Ross continues to drive at the same rate, how many miles can he drive in 12 hours?

    You would use a simple proportion to answer this quesiton.

    366 miles = x

    6 hours 12 hours

    (366) (12) = (6) (x)

    4392 = 6x

    4392 = x

    6

    x = 732 miles
