The crest is the top of each wave.

The trough is the bottom of each wave.

The frequency is how many waves are in one wavelength (if it has lots of waves close together it has a high frequency, if the waves are spread out there is a low frequency.)

Wavelength is the distance from the top of one wave to the top of another.
