If a stone and a pencil are dropped simultaneously in vacuum from the top of a tower. Which of the two will reach the ground first and why?

    Since there is no air redistribute in a vacuum they both will reach the ground at the same time when released from the same height.

    Gravity pulls both of them down, but since there is no buoyancy and air resistance, they will reach at the same time.

    But if it was not a vacuum the the the two would reach at separate timing (stone first, then pencil).
