Bending of light depends on physical property of medium called refractive index.

If a medium has more refractive index, bending of light will be more.

Relation between refractive index and speed of light is given by,

Refractive index of medium = speed of light in vacuum/speed of light in that medium

Diamond's refractive index is 2.4 whereas of glass is 1.6. Refractive index of diamond is more than glass therefore light will bend more in diamond.

Option D is correct.
