Not sure if this is an actual question but there is something called centrifugal force when an object is spinning and you are on it. This all varies on how fast the object is spinning and the size/mass of the object you are in. Satellites as of now or really ever couldn't create artificial gravity by just spinning around the earth. Artificial gravity is a long ways off and it is really hard to achieve it because of how our bodies have adapted to Earths gravity. Being in a spacecraft that is spinning and has centrifugal force is tricky because your head is closer to the center meaning it is being pulled more, your heart would have to work harder and really it isn't very healthy. Also you have to get it just right that it matches that of Earths gravity which is probably the easiest part about artificial gravity.
